Sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin, it includes Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varietals grown at 1300-1500 meters on volcanic loam soils. The coffee is fully washed and carefully sun-dried in solar dryers to shield it from rain, ensuring optimal quality.
