Bali Blue offers a medium-dark roast with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, it features Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown at 1200-1600 meters in volcanic loam soil. The beans are meticulously hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds to preserve quality.
